Job description

Fiesta Kia is looking to add highly motivated and qualified Business Development Center Agents to work at our Fiesta Kia dealership in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct them to the appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with the sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current on consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news trends to management and dealership employees
  • Outstanding Customer Service Qualifications
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Bonuses paid based on preformance
