Our company is searching for an experienced Physical Therapist & Physical Therapist Assistant in St. Augustine and the surrounding areas to assist in treatment and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate has clinical experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine, knows how to engage with home health clients. They enjoy working in the home setting guiding and involving families, involving them in the recovery process. Maintain communication with regular updates and reports regarding patient progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Use physical therapy techniques and tools to eval and treat patients.
  • Develop short-term rehabilitation goals for patients.
  • Communicate with other health care providers.
  • Perform rehabilitative exercises on patients.
