Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including catering services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall operations.

Skills

  • Fine dining experience is preferred, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, and catering is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and food handling practices.
  • Previous restaurant experience or barista experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
