Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and high-end sales, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering long-term client relationships. A proven track record in sales, along with experience in CRM software and inventory management, is highly desirable. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market share and ensuring exceptional customer service across all sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through effective coaching and support.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through closing, including cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients via B2B engagements, negotiations, and upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast future sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for high-end or dealership-specific sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support outbound sales efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales with a focus on high-end or dealership sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving customer engagement and expanding market reach.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
