What We Are Looking For: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have established ourselves as a leading name in the mattress industry for over 35 years and remain family-owned and operated in the USA. You will expertly sell our premium mattress and bedding products using established selling techniques and our innovative bedMATCH system. Preferred Qualifications: Availability for a retail schedule, including evenings, most holidays, and weekends with the ability to work 40 to 55 hours per week. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages are a plus Able to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom, and assist customers with loading their purchases. Provide customers with a relaxed and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their sleep quality. Proficient in using cutting-edge technology such as tablets and mobile point of sales (POS). A team-oriented attitude with high energy and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
