Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets or industries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services, enhancing brand awareness in the marketplace.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or technical sales environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
