Our Integrated Product Support (IPS) capabilities enable government and industry partners to achieve lifecycle readiness, operational efficiency, and long-term system sustainment.

We're currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Integrated Product Support to help grow our portfolio of defense programs and sustainment services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage IPS-related business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and leading bids.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with defense sector clients, government agencies, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  3. Drive proposal development, pricing strategies, and negotiation of contracts for IPS projects.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to align client requirements with technical solutions.
  5. Maintain market intelligence on trends, competitors, and emerging IPS requirements in defense programs.

Requirements

Must Have:

  1. 15+ years of experience in defense or aerospace sectors with a focus on Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
  2. Proven track record in business development, proposal leadership, and contract acquisition.
  3. Strong understanding of IPS/ILS principles, defense procurement processes, and lifecycle sustainment.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Technical writing experience related to proposals, white papers, or IPS documentation.
  6. Military background or direct experience working with/within defense organizations.

Nice-to-Have:

  1. Familiarity with S1000D, S3000L, or other S-Series specifications.
  2. Experience with tools like LSA databases, RAM-C models, or configuration management systems.
  3. Security clearance (either active or previously held)
