Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions rooted in ABA principles.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training to strengthen therapeutic alliances.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working with children and families affected by autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (if position requires limited travel).
  • Bilingual candidates highly encouraged.
