CDL-A Truck Driver – Entry-Level Position

We are recruiting entry-level CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet operating out of Riverside, CA. This position is well suited for new drivers aiming to gain on-the-road experience while earning consistent weekly pay and running steady regional miles. You'll work with dependable freight and modern, late-model trucks, giving you a strong platform to start and grow your driving career.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Weekly pay ranging from $1,250–$1,350
  • 2,500+ average miles per week
  • Monthly bonuses tied to safety and performance metrics
  • No-touch freight with a focus on drop-and-hook operations
  • Assigned 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
  • Complete full pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
  • Maintain accurate, compliant DOT logs and required documentation
  • Follow all DOT regulations and internal safety standards
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch teams

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A license and current DOT medical certification
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair-follicle drug test
  • No DUI/DWI violations within the past 5 years
  • Stable, verifiable work history
