If you've got your CDL, this is your chance to start your career strong. We help new drivers gain real experience with steady miles, weekly pay, and full support from day one. You'll get the tools, guidance, and respect you deserve — every mile of the way.
Pay & Schedule
- Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,500 (based on miles and performance)
- Home Time: Home weekly or Every two weeks
- Orientation Pay: $300 (includes hotel, meals, and travel)
- Freight: 100% no-touch — drop & hook or live loads
- Miles: 2,500–3,000 per week on average
Equipment & Freight
- Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth (automatic)
- Dry Van or Reefer trailers
- Well-maintained equipment with 24/7 support

Requirements
- Active Class A CDL
- 120+ hours of CDL program finished
- Must be 21 or older
- Must pass DOT hair and urine screenings
- Minor MVR issues reviewed individually
