We're hiring CDL-A drivers based near Riverside, CA for a regional refrigerated (reefer) position with dependable miles, modern equipment, and flexible home time every 1–2 weeks.

This role is ideal for newer drivers with at least a CDL-A license and a strong work ethic — even if you don't have reefer experience yet. We provide the training to help you succeed.

Position Highlights:

  • Pay: $0.51 per mile
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,500
  • Miles Per Week: 2,400 – 2,800
  • Freight: 100% no-touch refrigerated (reefer) freight
  • Stop Pay: $15 per stop
  • Home Time: Every 1–2 weeks
  • Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained tractors and trailers

Where You'll Run:

  • Regional freight across Western 11 states

Including: California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico

  • No East Coast and no coast-to-coast long hauls
  • Consistent lanes and steady customer freight

What You Need:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 21 years old
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Open to new or experienced drivers
  • Reefer experience helpful but not required — we will train
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Your Role:

  • Operate a reefer-equipped tractor-trailer safely on assigned routes
  • Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate ELDs (electronic logs)
  • Deliver freight on schedule and in good condition
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and follow company procedures
