We believe real estate decisions should be data-first, transparent, and scalable, so that complex development projects become more predictable, capital-efficient, and aligned with stakeholder goals. We're growing our U.S. investment analytics team and looking for an Investment Portfolio Analyst who is passionate about real estate, modelling, and turning data into actionable investment strategy.

The Role

As Head of PropTech Innovation, you'll lead UnlockLand's cross-disciplinary effort to shape the next generation of AI-driven real estate intelligence. You will drive innovation at the intersection of urban data, product design, and applied AI, ensuring our technology delivers transformative impact for developers, funds, and municipalities worldwide.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for a product visionary who can bridge architecture, engineering, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovation Leadership: Develop and execute UnlockLand's PropTech innovation roadmap, identifying and integrating frontier technologies (AI agents, LLMs, spatial computing, digital twins).
• AI-Urban Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and urban planners to expand our generative zoning and feasibility models.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with PropTech startups, real estate funds, municipalities, and universities to accelerate adoption and research collaboration.
• Product & R&D Synergy: Translate emerging research into commercial-grade features, from zoning AI interpreters to intelligent feasibility simulations.
• Thought Leadership: Represent UnlockLand at industry events, conferences, and media outlets to position the company as the global thought leader in AI-UrbanTech.
• Innovation Culture: Mentor internal teams, cultivate a creative experimentation culture, and drive data-driven iteration across the organization.

Ideal Qualifications

• 7+ years in real estate technology, urban innovation, or AI-powered product leadership.
• Deep understanding of real estate development, urban planning, and data-driven decision systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional innovation initiatives (product, data, engineering, design).
• Strong grasp of AI / ML frameworks (LLMs, generative design, computer vision, or geospatial AI).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; can translate complex systems into business impact.
• Background in urban planning, architecture, computer science, or finance preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and innovation.
