Our client is currently seeking a Lead Field Service Representative - CONUS/OCONUS

Job Responsibilities
Field Service Representative Lead - Middle East
The FSR is responsible for the operation, administration, and maintenance of C2 systems for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AOC program. This position will be hybrid/remote based within the continental United States (CONUS) for the first year and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) for the second year.

Responsibilities CONUS (Hybrid/Remote)

• Support integration and test, remotely and on-site, of all systems/sub-systems in a lab environment.
• Support System Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Assist in the development of end user training materials.

Responsibilities OCONUS (On-site)

• Support on-site installation and test of C2 systems and a Secured Computer Environment (SCE).
• Support and facilitate end user On the Job Training (OJT) and understanding of how to operate the system for its intended purpose.
• Support SAT.
• Provide on-site systems operations, administration, and maintenance support for all systems.
• Oversee on-site support responsibilities five (5) business days or seven (7) calendar days per week and be available during non-duty hours via phone and email for potential recall to duty on a rotating schedule with other FSRs.
• Record observed or reported system anomalies experience by operators, administrators, and maintenance personnel during the warranty period.
• Utilizing Jira Service Management (JSM) for initiation (logging), tracking, and resolution of system anomalies and deficiencies.
• Perform identification and resolution activities to address problems experienced.
• Document system anomalies and deficiencies in Field Reports Document.
• Maintain available spares at 100% of recommended quantities, including ordering and tracking spares levels.
• Install upgrades documented in Field Change Notices.
• Apply system patches to Windows and Linux Servers.
• Maintain Network and Systems and User/Permissions Administration.
• Process and track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.

• Valid U.S. driver's license.

• Bachelor's degree in science, math, Information Technology, or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of diverse experience in the use and management of C4I systems in an operational environment, including Audio Visual (AV) Systems, Radar Systems, Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Systems, Link-16, Voice Communication Systems (VCS).
• Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting DoD/military programs.
• Experience working in theater strongly preferred, especially the Middle East.
• Willing and able to travel up to 100%. This position requires multiple short trips to NY, to support lab integration and testing, followed by a 14-month deployment to the Middle East for installation, and testing activities followed by a permanent on-site assignment in the Middle East for an additional year.
