Program Manager
What you will do
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and timeline. They coordinate with various teams, manage risks, handle any project-related issues, and ensure that the deliverables meet the company's quality standards. This role will support the US Medical Lead to drive and execute the product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the US Medical Lead and US Medical Team to execute its product strategy
- Liaise with relevant cross-functional team members to manage US regional processes, advance alignment and to ensure deliverables are met
- Organize and facilitate meetings (agenda, minutes, ensure presentations are ready, send pre-reads on time, follow-up pending actions, organize logistics, meeting requests, etc)
- Oversight and tracking of critical team initiatives including budget management

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master's degree & 2 years of Project Management experience OR
- Bachelor's degree & 4 years of Project Management experience OR
- Associates degree & 8 years of Project Management experience OR
- High school diploma / GED & 10 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of project/program management experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Project Management, operational and/or technical experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience working within a complex process.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical fluency and curiosity for emerging technologies, with proven ability to integrate AI solutions like CoPilot into day-to-day operations to drive automation and operational excellence.
- Experience handling multiple responsibilities, priorities and tasks with minimal direction
- Proven success in operating in a matrixed or team environment
- Ability to manage a high-volume of projects simultaneously while consistently delivering quality end-product
- Experience communicating and collaborating across various parts of an organization (Finance, R&D, Compliance)
- Experience coordinating teams in a matrix environment

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
