PM Solutions is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team. This is an on-site position in the Washington DC area and it requires that the candidate have a Masters Degree and hold a secret clearance.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: 

Provide Program Management and overall contract performance oversight in accordance with the PWS, task by task and subtask by subtask to the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Small Business Programs (SAF/SB) to enable the effective execution of its mission. This includes:

  • Data-Driven Performance Enhancement (Enterprise Performance Measurement and Enhancement): Providing actionable data insights to optimize small business program performance and impact.
  • Industry Liaison and Strategic Outreach: Developing and delivering high-impact messaging that increases awareness and engagement with SAF/SB initiatives.
  • Information Computer Support and Strategic Industry Engagement: Perform system administration of organizations learning systems to facilitate strategic communication
  • Process Optimization (Business Process Reengineering (BPR)/Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Services): Implementing streamlined and efficient processes that improve program effectiveness.
  • Business Intelligence & Technology Integration (BI/IT Analytical Services): Delivering data-driven insights and technology solutions to support strategic decision-making and program optimization.
  • Must have Federal Acquisition experience.  

Candidate Requirements: Masters Degree

Minimum of 10 years' experience working with DoD acquisitions and headquarters staff level work or equivalent. Of the 10-year experience, seven (7) years must have occurred in the last 10 years.
