Customer Service Representative with Printing Experience (Printing Experience is an absolute must)

National Franchise Printing & Marketing Services Company is seeking candidate for a position with our company as a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be responsible for interacting with our customers both on the phone and in person at our office. You will be responsible for entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you how to use. Duties will also include, but not limited to: customer correspondence through the order process, assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations, filing, vendor relations, etc.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Previous customer service and printing experience is a must.

Communication and Technical Experience: Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written, are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is a must. We have a fast paced, exciting work environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Prepress Technician: In charge of preparing the digital files for printing. They handle tasks such as image retouching, color correction, and ensuring that the files are properly formatted for the printing press.

Printing Press Operator: Operates and maintains the printing press, which is responsible for transferring the design onto the chosen printing medium (e.g., paper, cardboard, fabric). They need to monitor the printing process, adjust settings as necessary, and ensure the quality of the printed output.

Finishing and Bindery Operator: After printing, the material may need additional finishing processes like cutting, folding, binding, or laminating. The finishing and bindery operator is responsible for these tasks.

Quality Control Inspector: Inspects the printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards. They check for color accuracy, image clarity, and any defects that may have occurred during the printing process.

Print Sales Representative: Interacts with clients, provides quotes, and takes orders. They act as the liaison between the printing company and the client, ensuring that the client's requirements are clearly communicated to the production team.

Production Manager: Oversees the entire printing process and ensures that it runs smoothly and efficiently. They coordinate with different departments and manage schedules to meet deadlines.

Customer Service Representative: Provides support to clients, answers inquiries, and addresses concerns. They ensure good communication and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Material Procurement Officer: Responsible for procuring the necessary materials for printing, such as ink, paper, and other supplies, at the best possible prices.

Health and Safety Officer: Ensures that health and safety protocols are followed in the printing facility to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Environmental Officer: In eco-friendly printing companies, this role is responsible for implementing sustainable practices and ensuring that printing processes adhere to environmental regulations.

Packaging and Shipping Coordinator: Handles the proper packaging of finished printed materials and arranges for their shipping or delivery to the clients.
