We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining updated customer records.
  • Assist with clerical duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish when necessary.

Skills

  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Proficient in office management practices and administrative support functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective calendar management abilities for scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
