Dr. Rod Gore and the Goregeous Smiles team in Scottsdale, AZ are looking for a new team member to join this busy dental practice We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Dental Administrative team member to join our fun and family-friendly team

What We're Looking For

  • Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to interact well with diverse personalities – both patients and team members.
  • A true "people person" who thrives in a collaborative dental practice environment.
  • 10+ years of dental field knowledge (required).
  • Proficiency with Dentrix Software (scheduling, patient management, financials, treatment coordination, and all functionalities).
  • Skilled in presenting dental treatment plans ranging from $5,000 to $75,000 with confidence and clarity.
  • Dental insurance verification expertise to ensure our patients understand their benefits.
  • Proven ability to schedule production goals for doctors and hygienists.
  • Experience in collecting patient portions, arranging dental treatment financial agreements, and handling sensitive conversations with professionalism.
  • Comfort working with outside dental vendors to support dental practice operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain dental treatment plans in a way that builds trust and understanding with the patients.
  • Verify and document patient's dental insurance benefits.
  • Schedule and manage dental patients using Dentrix software to meet daily production goals.
  • Collect patient fees and coordinate financial arrangements.
  • Support smooth office operations by interacting efficiently with vendors and the greater team.
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Occasional Fridays: Based on schedule needs
