We are seeking a skilled Load Tester and Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter, and experience working in both cloud and dedicated hosting environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal application performance and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Build and maintain a robust suite of load testing scripts to support performance goals and project timelines.
• Execute tests in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Collaborate with business, development, and DevOps teams to plan tests and define exit criteria.
• Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks across infrastructure and applications.
• Recommend and implement solutions to resolve performance issues.
• Provide time and effort estimates for new load testing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test execution issues.
• Participate in code and architecture reviews with a performance-focused lens.
• Support DevOps teams with operational tasks such as code deployments and maintenance.
• Conduct problem analysis, data analysis, and generate performance reports.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing load test suites using LoadRunner.
• 5+ years of experience in load testing applications in cloud and dedicated hosting environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in LoadRunner scripting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise performance engineering concepts.
• Experience in Operations Engineering or DevOps is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 to $130000/ year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
