In this position, you'll supervise engineering department staff while ensuring the optimal performance of building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance operations. You'll be instrumental in maintaining world-class facilities that support our clients' business objectives while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical teams, manage complex building systems, and directly contribute to JLL's reputation as a leader in commercial real estate services.What your day-to-day will look like:Provide joint supervision of engineering department staff and manage delegation of preventative maintenance programs, equipment installation, repair and maintenanceOversee and maintain the physical plant including utility services, HVAC, plumbing and electronic equipment to ensure optimal safety and health standardsSchedule and coordinate emergency repair activities based on priority and available personnel capabilitiesPerform comprehensive equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance adherence to AES standardsLead safety training initiatives and ensure compliance with safety indoctrination and continuing safety training requirementsManage site operations and various permits including facility work permits, hot work permits, and roof access permitsCoordinate facility projects as requested by customers and recommend equipment purchases for long-range replacement planningRequired Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with building life safety systems including control panels, smoke/duct detectors, sprinkler systems, pull stations, strobe lights, horns, and fire doorsProven experience in mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and safety proceduresKnowledge of building CMMS systemsAbility to provide technical advice and instruction to subordinates in building engineering systemsExperience implementing quality assurance programs for engineering department workKnowledge of safety and fire prevention regulations and ability to enforce complianceExperience managing contractors and ensuring client requirement adherencePreferred Qualifications:Corrigo experiencePrevious supervisory experience in facility engineering or building operationsExperience with long-range equipment replacement planning and capital project coordinationBackground in establishing and maintaining safety-sensitive culture in team environmentsFamiliarity with commercial real estate facility management best practicesExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teamsLocation: Atlanta, GAWork Shift: 1st shiftLocation:On-site –Atlanta, GAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tablePersonalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.
