We're seeking a Bilingual Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's passionate about making a lasting impact through personalized, data-driven interventions across home, school, and community settings.

What You'll Do

  • Behavioral Assessments: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design targeted, evidence-based strategies.
  • Treatment Planning: Create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to build meaningful, functional skills.
  • Implementation & Supervision: Train and supervise behavior technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality interventions.
  • Data-Driven Progress: Collect and analyze behavioral data to refine treatment plans for optimal results.
  • Family & Team Training: Empower parents, caregivers, and staff with tools to ensure success across all settings.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records that meet all state, federal, and insurance standards.

What You Bring

  • Certification: Current BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Education: Master's in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years as a BCBA in home, clinical, or school settings (ASD experience strongly preferred).
  • Skills: Data-driven planning, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Licensure: Licensed in IL or willing to be licensed.
