Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves conducting assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Design and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Educate families and team members on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines related to patient care and behavioral health.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and behavioral health principles.
  • Experience in data collection, patient assessment, medical documentation, and managing medical records.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation, and patient care protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with disabilities or behavioral challenges.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards regarding medical records and patient information.
