Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Duties:

  • Conduct FBAs and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver clinic and home-based ABA services tailored to each child's needs.
  • Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs/behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.

Skills:

  • Assessment experience is a must Proficiency in data collection and report writing.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills using SOAP notes or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based and compassionate care.

Documentation and Progress:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed session notes and reports.
  • Collect and interpret behavior data for program adjustments.
  • Communicate progress consistently with families and team members.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures within a behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities across various settings.
