We are seeking a seasoned Principal Commercial Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across key commercial segments. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing salesperson with strong strategic thinking, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of closing large deals in competitive markets. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership to shape sales strategy and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and exceed sales targets in the commercial segment (new business and upsell).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities via strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.

Develop and present compelling value propositions and tailored solutions to enterprise clients.

Lead complex sales cycles—managing stakeholders, negotiating terms, and closing agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, implementation) to ensure customer success and drive expansion.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics to leadership.

Mentor and influence junior sales team members (as applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

7+ years in B2B / enterprise sales with a track record of achieving quotas.

Experience selling ERP services in commercial markets.

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple concurrent deals.

Proficiency with CRM tools

Willingness to travel as required.
