Industrial Services Group, Inc. (D.B.A. Universal Blastco – Flooring Division) is a full-service flooring division serving General Contractors and End Users nationwide. We specialize in traditional and specialty installations, including resinous floors, polished concrete, joint fills, and select Division 10 and Division 3 items.
Our projects range from industrial and heavy commercial to retail, multi-family, and distribution facilities. We pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships and providing high-quality service—not operating as a bid house.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator/Sales Executive with strong industry knowledge and an established customer base. This role involves estimating, bidding, negotiating contracts, ordering materials, and maintaining relationships with General Contractors and end users.
This is a remote hybrid position for self-driven professionals looking to grow their career and earning potential. Our sales team members typically gross six figures annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial and industrial flooring projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with General Contractors and End Users.
- Manage takeoffs, product selection, and purchasing for awarded projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
- Work collaboratively with Project Management and Installation Teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate records in sales and estimation software (RFMS Measure, Microsoft Office).
- Operate independently in a remote environment with strong accountability and communication.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial flooring (installation, estimating, or sales).
- 4+ years of experience in job estimating (flooring or construction industry).
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong sales skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and priorities.
- Knowledge of RFMS Measure preferred (training provided if not experienced).
- Understanding of project management principles preferred.
- Must be able to work remotely from a dedicated workspace (not a shared household area).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening, per applicable laws.
- Ability to bring an existing book of business and installer network is a strong plus.
