Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records for a portfolio of clients.
  • Work directly with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collaborate with clients to help problem solve their accounting and finance related challenges.
  • Provide insights and analysis to clients based on their financial data.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Fast and reliable home internet and computer setup.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, embodying our core values of BEST.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred but not required.
  • 2 or more years of accounting experience
