Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Manager to lead the company's financial vision and operations across our accounting, construction, and all digital strategy divisions. As a key member of the executive team, the Financial Manager will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while ensuring fiscal integrity, compliance, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: This role will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company's strategic direction. This role ensures that financial strategy aligns with the company's mission and long-term objectives while driving growth and operational excellence. They will also mentor and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across the organization.

Integral Financial Management: They will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management. This role ensures full compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong financial controls. This role will manage cash flow, optimize capital efficiency, and mitigate financial risks to support the company's stability and growth.

Planning and Growth: They must evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, expansions, and new investment opportunities to support the company's strategic growth. This role will develop and implement scalable financial models that enable long-term sustainability while conducting performance and profitability analyses to guide data-driven decision-making.

Technology Optimization: The Financial Manager will strengthen the company's financial infrastructure and information systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role will implement KPIs, reporting tools, and technology-driven processes that enable real-time, data-based decision-making across the organization.

External Relationships: As this role, they will manage and strengthen relationships with auditors, banks, investors, advisors, and regulatory agencies. This role will represent Pivot Solutions with professionalism and integrity, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with all key financial stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of master's degree in finance / accounting / economics, or equivalent experience with relevant certifications or diplomas.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles or similar positions.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

  • Proven accountability, resourcefulness, and results-driven mindset.

  • Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and technology platforms relevant to the role.
