The Senior Training Specialist will design, deliver, and continuously enhance learning experiences that empower adult learners through different innovative approaches including, AI. This role will ensure that training programs for Distribution Operations and Compensation Operations are impactful, insights-driven, and designed to build skills, confidence, and long-term success across the organization.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: Minimum: $59,000-75,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Create inclusive, learner-centered training using real-world scenarios and adult learning principles.
- Integrate AI in Learning: Use AI tools to personalize learning paths and collaborate on innovative, tech-driven solutions.
- Champion Learner Needs: Gather feedback and advocate for accessible, equitable, and growth-focused learning experiences.
- Facilitate Impactful Sessions: Lead live training with energy and clarity, coaching others in effective facilitation techniques.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Measure success, analyze data, and iterate on programs to enhance learning outcomes and culture.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience in adult learning, instructional design, or corporate training.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in learning and development.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for creating inclusive, human-centered learning experiences.
- Ability to apply project management principles to organize, schedule and track multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 5–10% travel for quarterly in-office visits, or 10–15% travel for monthly in-office presence, depending on role expectations and location.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
