Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Fremont, CA, for a Business Development Manager at e-con Systems. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, building and fostering customer relationships, and developing high-impact business strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating business development plans, managing client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, generating leads, and bringing in new business partnerships. The role will also require active participation in industry events and trade shows to represent the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and account management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis, identify business prospects, and develop effective strategies to address client needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other sales software; familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in technology or camera/vision solutions industries is a plus.
