As the Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Support projects through scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Coordinate logistics, agendas, and meeting materials; track and follow up on action items
  • Serve as a liaison between designers, architects, engineers, leadership, and ownership
  • Assist with capital and operational budgets, acquisitions, and project implementation
  • Oversee procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Maintain project management systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support sustainability efforts, including energy benchmarking and reporting
  • Create and refine processes to improve team efficiency and communication

You bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience coordinating projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet and Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read plans/specs and manage multiple priorities
  • A self-starter mindset with integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.
