We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architecture & Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools for project scheduling and cost estimation
  • Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly using project management software like Primavera or Bluebeam
  • Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site
  • Manage communication between all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Support contract administration and document control throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction site management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes
  • Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
  • Experience with project scheduling, cost estimating, and contract administration
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and site protocols
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience
