Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of state work with CVR.
- Assist with floorplan audits and reconciliation.
- Title Work, including filling out titles for sold vehicles & customer trade-ins.
- Timely processing of customer payoff checks.
- Accurately completing miscellaneous State of MI paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative or previous dealership experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
