Front Desk Coordinator – Chiropractic & Family Wellness Office

Franklin, TN | $20/hour | Full-Time Position

We're looking for a charismatic, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing pediatric and family wellness practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-centered environment and takes pride in helping create an exceptional patient experience from the very first hello.

What You'll Do

  • Greet patients and families warmly — you're the friendly first face of our practice
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily office flow
  • Handle patient check-ins/check-outs and process payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and teammates
  • Assist with administrative tasks and patient records as needed
  • Help ensure the day runs smoothly with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
