Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant is the backbone of office operations at SBRE, providing high-level administrative support to the brokerage team. This role ensures that the office runs smoothly, client communications are handled promptly, and the team has the organizational support they need to focus on client service and growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, respectful, and thrives in a professional environment where multitasking and discretion are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to brokers, property managers, and business brokerage staff.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments for the team.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as requested.
- Assist in marketing activities such as listing uploads, social media scheduling, and client mailings.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and organizational systems.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Support transaction and property management processes with data entry and file organization.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
- 1–2 years of administrative or office management experience (real estate or professional services preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office technology.
- Familiarity with real estate software (MLS, CRM platforms, etc.) a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
Salary Range
: $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience.
