Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both fitness and sales, with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. This position is commission-based only, offering a rewarding opportunity to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our online fitness coaching services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leads who have expressed interest in our coaching services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of fitness principles and a genuine passion for health and wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Must be willing to go all in, we are not looking for a 9-5 and weekends off hire.

Benefits:

  • Commission-based compensation with 10% of cash collected with uncapped earning potential.
  • Offer is $2500-$5000 per deal.
