Role: High-Ticket Sales Setter

Location: Remote or in-house (flexible)

Hours: Full-time, 35–40 hrs/week (some evenings & weekends for follow-up)

About Us

At D-Fine Mind & Body Wellness, we help busy professionals and women in and around menopause transform their bodies and health through holistic, non-invasive treatments and coaching. We offer premium programs ($2,000–$5,000+) that require skilled consultative sales. We are now hiring a professional High-Ticket Setter to generate qualified consultations and nurture leads through our sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Engage Leads Quickly: Call, text, and DM inbound leads within minutes of opt-in.
  • Qualify & Book: Identify serious buyers, overcome surface objections, and lock them into a consultation (in-person or Zoom).
  • Follow-Up Relentlessly: Manage CRM tasks, follow up on no-shows, and revive cold leads.
  • Support Closers: Pre-frame consultations so prospects show up motivated, informed, and ready to buy.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep CRM clean, ensure every lead has next step.
  • Performance Driven: Hit daily/weekly KPIs for dials, sets, show rates, and booked revenue.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of inside sales, appointment setting, or high-ticket fitness/health sales experience.
  • Obsessed with follow-up, detail-oriented in CRM.
  • Comfortable on phone, text, and Zoom.
  • Growth mindset — hungry to improve daily.
  • Must love people, energy, and helping clients change their lives.
