We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a leading tech manufacturing company in Torrance, CA. This fast-paced, high-trust role requires discretion, adaptability, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure seamless executive support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch administrative support to the CEO across multiple functions
  • Manage complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle all travel logistics as needed for hybrid travel schedules and external offsites
  • Act as gatekeeper and facilitator: triaging incoming requests and communications
  • Prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Own internal meeting prep, agendas, and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Help organize and execute events for executive team and external onsite meetings
  • Take on special projects and process improvement initiatives that increase leadership productivity
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and make judgment calls in ambiguous situations

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • A natural problem-solver who is calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping nothing from slipping through the cracks
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to build trust and rapport with senior leaders
  • Proficient with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and modern productivity software
  • Driven, curious, and eager to take on more responsibility over time

Location:
onsite in Torrance, CA.

Compensation:
$150-180K DOE.
