Duties

  • Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient clinic operations.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Billing knowledge of claims.
  • Perform clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with medical collections and billing processes to ensure timely payments.
  • Support medical coding efforts, including coding systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the office environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical administrative support functions, including clerical duties and patient interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
