Job Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to help with the operations of our therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, organizational abilities, and software management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations of the medical office
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, including HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist with chart review
  • Coordinate and schedule patient visits
  • Handle patient inquiries
  • Assist with medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in medical office or practice management

- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and medical office operations

- Familiarity with medical billing systems and insurance procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.94 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
