Job Overview
Join our remote team as a Financial Services Representative and help public-sector professionals—like teachers and school staff—understand their retirement and insurance options. You'll meet clients online, guide them through their financial choices, and help them plan confidently for the future.
We'll take care of the hard part: every appointment is pre-arranged and qualified, meaning no cold calls or prospecting. You'll focus on building trust, answering questions, and recommending smart financial solutions.
Whether you're looking for flexible part-time work or a full-time career, this role offers excellent earning potential and the chance to make a positive impact. If you enjoy connecting with people and working remotely, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Host Virtual Meetings: Connect via Zoom with educators, school personnel, and other public-sector professionals to review pension benefits and retirement options.
- Deliver Personalized Recommendations: Present tailored insurance and retirement strategies that fit each client's financial goals and situation.
- Engage Only Qualified Clients: Work exclusively with pre-scheduled appointments—no prospecting, cold calls, or door-to-door outreach required.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Establish trust through attentive listening, clear explanations, and a genuine client-first mindset.
- Stay Organized: Record all meetings, client notes, and follow-up actions in our secure, cloud-based CRM system.
- Stay Current in the Industry: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, compliance guidelines, and best practices.
- Work Independently: Take ownership of your schedule and workflow while thriving in a remote, self-directed environment.
Experience
- Licensing: A valid life insurance license is preferred but not required. We provide full training and support to help new team members obtain their license.
- Strong Communicator: Able to simplify complex financial topics, actively listen, and establish genuine connections with clients.
- Technology Proficient: Confident using Zoom for virtual consultations and maintaining client records in CRM and email systems.
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Excels at managing time, setting priorities, and staying accountable while working remotely.
- Helpful Experience: Background in sales, finance, education, or customer relations is beneficial but not necessary.
- Client-Centered Integrity: Dependable, ethical, and driven by a desire to help others achieve financial security.
- Remote-Ready: Must have a dependable computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.
