About the Role
We're seeking a licensed insurance professional who thrives on connection, detail, and service excellence. This role blends client communication, partner management, and outreach, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and variety.
Partner Specialist will handle inbound client calls, provide policy support, and help strengthen relationships with our partners. Over time, this position will grow into a larger role focused on relationship management.
Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Answer renter inquiries and guide clients through the insurance application process
- Provide accurate, friendly, and professional assistance via phone and email
- Explain coverage details, limits, and exclusions clearly and confidently
Administrative & Relationship Support
- Log calls, maintain records, and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with partner outreach, updating contacts, verifying listings, and supporting the Senior Partner Specialist in day to day activities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities
Long-Term Development
- Gain deeper product knowledge across Event Insurance
- Help refine internal processes to improve efficiency and client experience
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2-year degree required), Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in your state
- Prior experience in one or more of the following:
- The insurance industry (customer service, underwriting, or account management)
- The event industry (venues, hospitality, event planning, or vendor management)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with professionalism and discretion
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm and attentive under pressure
Preferred Qualities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Passionate about hospitality, relationships, and creating positive client experiences
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of Tools, Zoom and Google Apps
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 26 per week
