**Job Title:** Appointment Coordinator

**Job Overview:**

As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer experience. You will be responsible for managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the administrative functions of the office.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously

  • Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information

  • Coordinate with Sales staff

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions

  • Represent the company at home shows throughout the year

**Experience:**

  • Previous experience preferred

  • Must be energetic, driven, and able to communicate well

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of basic administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
