Account Manager – Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and manage customer relationships to drive retention and new business growth

  • Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized, consultative recommendations

  • Educate clients on insurance options and upsell additional coverage where appropriate

  • Generate leads and convert both warm and cold prospects into policyholders

  • Assist with service-related needs to ensure a smooth, positive client experience

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a solution-focused, entrepreneurial mindset

  • Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support available)
