Account Manager – Insurance Sales
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage customer relationships to drive retention and new business growth
- Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized, consultative recommendations
- Educate clients on insurance options and upsell additional coverage where appropriate
- Generate leads and convert both warm and cold prospects into policyholders
- Assist with service-related needs to ensure a smooth, positive client experience
- Partner with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver excellent client support
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a solution-focused, entrepreneurial mindset
- Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support available)
