Job SummaryAre you a relationship-builder with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? We're seeking a Client Operations Manager to serve as the key link between our company and high-value clients—ensuring seamless service, smart sourcing, and long-term satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Client Partnership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored, proactive solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service execution and issue resolution
Procurement & Inventory
- Source and procure goods and services, including substitutions
- Monitor inventory levels and process purchase orders
- Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries
Marketing & Product Rotation
- Develop marketing schedules aligned with client goals and seasonal trends
- Coordinate product rotations to enhance client engagement
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, procurement metrics, and client initiatives
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all procured items meet required specifications and standards
- Maintain compliance with internal and client expectations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Resolve complex service issues with urgency and professionalism
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, procurement, or operations—preferably in Grocery, Distribution, or Food & Beverage
- Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and procurement processes
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
