What You'll Do __________________________________________________________________________________________
Sales & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Research market trends to uncover new opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet growth goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing to create dynamic outreach campaigns and events.
- Coordinate and host lunch-and-learns and sales presentations with general and specialty contractors.
Project & Account Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, including homeowners and B2B partners.
- Support Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Prepare take-offs, manage bids, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Operational Support
- Manage calendars, emails, and follow-ups for prospective leads.
- Draft proposals, sales materials, and client communications.
What We're Looking For ___________________________________________________________________________
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in business development or sales required, and construction or project management preferred.
- Proven success in lead generation, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Requires use of general office equipment.
- Must be knowledgeable in computers and learning new software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 75% within the region.
