About the Role

As one of our National Account Managers, you'll be the strategic force behind expanding our footprint with mid-to-large national accounts. You'll leverage your network to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals for multi-year contracts, and close deals that deliver real ROI through our innovative healthcare programs. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where your tenacity and relationship-building skills will shine—think high-stakes negotiations, empathetic stakeholder engagement, and data-driven strategies that turn prospects into loyal partners. Expect some travel to meet clients nationwide, with a focus on upselling add-ons like on-site immunizations, audiometric testing, respirator fit testing, and vision testing to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with national decision-makers (e.g., HR directors, brokers) using your existing network of companies ready for an employee health and safety partner upgrade.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies, including pipeline management, ROI forecasting, and analytics to track metrics like engagement rates and deal progression.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-year contracts, articulating complex benefits through polished presentations, emails, and conversations that position OnSite Health as a trusted advisor—not just a vendor.
  • Navigate bureaucratic procurement processes with patience and resilience, turning rejections into wins while genuinely advocating for employee health outcomes.
  • Upsell enhancements to existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships through active listening and empathetic problem-solving.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Take clear direction from leadership, implement solutions swiftly, and proactively resolve challenges rather than just flagging them.

  • Bring established relationships with mid-to-large employers open to innovative employee health and safety shifts.
  • Excel as a master negotiator with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to simplify intricate value propositions.
  • Demonstrate resilience in the face of red tape and "no's," balanced by authentic passion for improving employee lives.
  • Are accustomed to customizing national account plans, including savvy upselling of services like immunizations, screenings, and coaching.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver who dives into data analytics for insights on pipeline health, engagement, and ROI projections.
  • Build enduring bonds with stakeholders by listening deeply and serving as their go-to advisor for employee health strategy.

A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, plus 5+ years in B2B sales (healthcare/wellness a plus). CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools are essential.
