We're building a team of talented hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced, upscale environments and bring charisma, hustle, and polish to every shift.

Position Overview:

We're seeking experienced bartenders who are fast, sharp, and passionate about hospitality. Ideal candidates will have strong cocktail knowledge, thrive under pressure, and know how to own a high-volume bar while still delivering elevated guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft high-quality cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to VIP guests, bottle service tables, and bar clientele
  • Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain clean bar operations
  • Follow presentation and recipe standards
  • Upsell premium spirits, specialty cocktails, and experiences
  • Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and management as a unified team
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to a high-energy, professional, and stylish environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience (nightlife, lounge, or high-volume venue preferred)
  • Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
  • Excellent communication + guest engagement skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Professional appearance and punctuality required
  • Flexible availability (late nights + weekends)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $9.98 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
