Responsibilities

  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting in inventory counts.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while providing guests with receipts for their purchases.
  • Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage preparation, and fine dining service standards.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is required.
  • Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills that foster positive interactions with guests.
