Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, with experience in both fine dining and nightclub environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high standard of service and adhering to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining cash drawer integrity.
  • Stay informed about new products, trends in the food industry, and brewing techniques to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry.
