The Expo Group is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to join our team. This on-site position in Irving, Texas, this role involves supervising temporary labor teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of event production both on-site and in warehouse or office environments. Extensive travel across the U.S., often for extended periods, is required.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise, train, and guide temporary staff to meet project goals.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily, short-term, and long-term field operations.
• Collaborate with union representatives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Evaluate labor, equipment, and materials needed for efficient project completion.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and reporting.
• Support warehouse or office functions when not on-site.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards.
• Communicate progress, delays, and any issues promptly to managers and clients.

What You Bring to The Expo Group:

• Educational Foundation: High school diploma required; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years in logistics or trade shows, particularly in warehouse or show-site environments.
• Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus (can be obtained after hire).
• Key Skills:
• Leadership and teamwork abilities with a focus on conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
• Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn proprietary software.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.

This role requires extensive travel across the U.S., sometimes for extended periods.
